Two I Spy quilts by Leanne

Leanne made these two I Spy quilts for a brother and sister. This first quilt with the green sashing was made for the little girl.

Leanne decided to have it quilted with the Animal Crackers pantograph also by Patricia Ritter.

We used a Rainbow variegated thread on both quilts, I just love all the bright colours used in these vivid quilts.

Thimbleberries Garden Club by Leanne

I believe Garden Club is the name of this collection of fabric by Thimbleberries.  I also believe Leanne said that she had this quilt for a while and she decided it was time to finish and get it quilted, and that this quilt was going to be for her.  It feels so good to get these quilts completed and I enjoy having the job of helping finish.

I think the Rambler Rose pantograph by Meredith England is just the right ‘finishing’ touch for this lovely quilt and fabric line, a nice choice Leanne.

Blair’s quilt, a caring gift from her colleagues

I was contacted by Blair’s co-workers, they had pieced a quilt to give to her, and they were looking for a longarm quilter.  Her team-mates were looking for a way to show their support, as Blair was off work with a diagnosis of cancer.  Here are some pictures from Blair’s quilt.
