Alison and Ed’s Silk Quilt

In and Out Silk Quilt

This beautiful silk quilt was made by my friend Susan as a wedding gift for her sister Alison.  The pattern is ‘In and Out’ by Amy Walsh of Blue Underground Studios, Inc.  The silk is a ‘Sew Red silk collection’.  We used the Blowin Wind Panto by Willow Leaf Studios and it was quilted with Candy Apple Red thread.  Wouldn't you love to receive this as a wedding gift?

    Lovely job Edith. I must admit I have never quilted a silk quilt but my oh my it sure is a beauty. Lucky couple.
