I thought I was coming to the end of most of my RainbowScrap Challenge quilts blocks, so I was happy to see a quilt that I love in the
April 2015 issue of American Patchwork & Quilting which is scrappy and
rainbow. It’s called Rainbow Rows designed
by Lissa Alexander. You can see a
picture here.
Well I rummaged through my yellow and low volume scraps and
made up a bunch of little components of the block.

I also realized that I still have a few yellow blocks of
rainbow projects in process to work on.
Should keep me busy for the next couple of Saturday’s.
Please check out Soscrappy’s blog to see what others have
posted on this bright sunshiny Saturday.
Sometimes you just have to create your own sunshine!
You accomplished a LOT this week!! Your YELLOW 4-Patch blocks are so sweet. They will look GREAT in a Rainbow Rows quilt of your own!

ReplyDeleteBusy with yellows. Hope you are able to get it all done.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of 4-patches! I always hate making those, so I admire people who take them on. Have fun with the rest of the quilt!
ReplyDeleteNeat quilt using the four patch - these yellows will look great in a mixed colour quilt.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of 4-patches!
ReplyDeleteTomorrow I plan to get out all of the yellow in my boxes of 2 1/4 inch cut squares and start making colored 4 patches. I wish I had thought of making with them before now!
ReplyDeleteLots of beautiful yellow prints. You have been busy!
