I’ve managed to complete another One Monthly Goal (OMG) to participate in Elm Street Quilts OMG.
My goal was to quilt and bin this rainbow quarter log cabin quilt.
Looking back, I can see that I started sewing these quarter
log cabin blocks in January 2018, you can see the first blog post and my
inspiration here.
One I had the blocks completed I decided to put them on point and fill in the edges with more rainbow fabric.
Quilted with a rainbow variegated thread and a Hermione Agee pantograph called Aqua Flame.
When looking for a backing fabric I was drawn to this orange Alison Glass sun print, with bits of rainbow colours in it.
