Janet made this delightful little quilt for a photographer
in Shediac, New Brunswick. Gail Carter of
merri-time-memories takes amazing photos in Shediac and area and sells them
either framed or as cards and Janet thought that she could use a quilt in some
of her photos, so she made one for her. Such a kind and generous gift – isn’t
that just like a quilter?

Janet did show me some of Gail’s beautiful photos and I was
inspired, I thought maybe I should take a special picture with this quilt. I’d better be careful or I’ll be upping the
expectations of quilt photos on my blog, and add just one more thing to my list
of things to do.

I fell in love with some of Gail’s framed photos that Janet
brought back from Shediac and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful blue door
photo. Gail doesn’t have a web presence,
but you can find her in an artist’s booth at Shediac Park Market/Marché au parc
de Shediac.

into the lives of others, it will shine on you as well.
That is a very nice quilt!
