Wilna’s Quilt by Kathleen

This lovely fresh looking quilt was made as a Christmas gift for Wilna the mother of Kathleen’s former nanny Jan.  You might recognize the pattern from CamilleRoskelley’s book Simply Retro, the pattern is called Vintage.

Jan liked the Blowin’ Wind Pantograph by Jodi Beamish and she picked a very pale aqua thread called Cloud.

Kathleen almost always incorporates back art in her quilts, so beautiful, it’s like having two quilts in one.

Jan was thrilled to see the finished quilt and so excited to send it off to her mom for Christmas.
