Turquoise heart quilt blocks

Wow, a whole week has gone by, I’ve been thinking about blogging, I even have a post ready, however today is Rainbow Scrap Challenge day.

Last night I hosted a Finishing School Friday at Out ofHand, a needlework and quilt shop in Calgary, and I worked on Turquoise hearts for my future Rainbow of Hearts Quilt.  Here are my little hearts.
Heart Quilt Blocks

After a fun evening of quilting with friends I came home and did a little more playing with turquoise scraps, the finished results will be posted next Saturday.
Turquoise Scraps

Be sure to check out soscrappy, you’ll be inspired with what others are doing with their turquoise scraps.

And for now I hope you find time to quilt.

The best time to start was last year. Failing that, today will do. ~ Chris Guillebeau
