Am I Blue?

For the month of May I am and it’s a good thing.  Blue is the colour for the Rainbow ScrapChallenge and Angie has suggested that we should use Sapphire blue, let’s see how I do.  This week I made four Paintbox blocks, following the quilt along by Elizabeth Hartman at Oh, Fransson!

This is how some of my paintbox blocks are looking so far.

To try to keep up with scraps and do a little bit of scrap management I began cutting a 2 ½ inch strip of each of my blue bits to get ready for scrappy trip along for a future Saturday in May.
