Radio and quilts

My son Callum hosts a radio show at CJSW, at the University of Calgary and their annual funding drive starts this Friday.  I have donated my Black and White Crazy Patch quilt to help boost pledges on his show.  The Crazy patch quilt measures 48 x 48 inches (60 x 60 cm)

You can see more pictures at the original post for the Crazy Quilt here.

CJSW is actually our family’s very favourite radio station and has been for years.  Callum’s show is called ‘Some Velvet Mornings’ and you can listen to his show on Friday morning from 10:00 am to 12 noon at 90.9 FM, or http://cjsw.com/ via the web, click on the ‘On Air’ button at the top of the page then Listen Live.  Consider a pledge, of course no pledge is too small.

There are other great incentives for pledging as well which you can see on the Funding Drive page.

The CJSW funding drive runs from Friday to Friday so Some Velvet Mornings will be looking for pledges both this Friday October 21st and next Friday the 28th, so you can listen again next Friday.

Please tune in, you will hear some good (probably different) music, however a little warning - funding drive is way more talking than usual, so not exactly your regular programming.

Proud mom moment.
