OMG for April

I have quite a few quilts in the making, in a closet in my den I have quilts with backs ready to be quilted, then on a rack in my quilting room I have finished quilt tops and on the shelves in my quilting room I have stacks of blocks that need to be sewn together into a quilt top.

For my One Monthly Goal (OMG) for April, I have picked the oldest quilt in the closet with a backing ready to go.

Nothing fancy, a simple corduroy utility quilt, with a plaid flannel backing.

Again I’ll tell it’s story at the end of the month when I finish it.

Wish me luck, and maybe join me and many others in the OMG fun at Elm Street Quilts.

  2. That is a brilliant way of picking your OMG. I might need to work toward finishing some tops one of these days. But, a top and backing takes up a lot less room to store.

  4. GOsh I imagine a corduroy quilt will be a bit of a challenge to quilt, but a great challenge for the month to get it done - good luck with your goal!
