Joanne’s Quilts

This first quilt by Joanne is her adaptation of the High Five quilt from the book Sunday Morning Quilts by Amanda Jean Nyberg and Cheryl Arkison.

 

Joanne picked the Square Dance pantograph by Anne Bright and quilted with a Rainbow variegated thread.

 

I think this is a real good way to use scraps, I might like to try this quilt for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge.

Joanne’s second quilt is called Rose Coloured Glasses.

 

And for this quilt she picked the Rambler Rose pantograph by Meredith England and a Glide thread called chestnut (kind of peachy/beige).

 

Life is like a rainbow,

you need both the sun

and the rain

to make its colours appear.
