Quick Four Patch

Purple Quick Four Patch

This Purple Quick Four Patch quilt was started after watching a ‘Morberg’s Monday’ at Freckles Quilt Shop.  Terry’s (Morberg) sample was in Mochaccino and cream colours.  The requirements were one fat eighth bundle of dark prints and one fat eight bundle of light prints, as well as the contrasting fabric for the bars.  I came home and had a look at my fat eight bundles and purple was in abundance, I actually had double the requirements, so decided to make a twin size quilt.  It was fun to use up the little bundles that were waiting to be a quilt.

This is the last week for Purple in the Rainbow ScrapChallenge, have a look at what others have done with purple at soscrappy.

Purple is a range of hues of color occurring between red and blue, it occurs by mixing the primary colors red and blue in varying proportions.

She makes bed coverings for herself; her clothing is fine linen and purple. – Proverbs 31:22
