A Rainbow of Paintbox Blocks

January’s colour for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge is blue, so I decided to make three Paintbox blocks.

I only needed three more blocks to have the eighty that I wanted to complete this top, here they are all laid out.  This is not the final arrangement, I just wanted to see what they looked like.  I plan on sashing them with white.

Paintbox was originally a quilt-a-long with Elizabeth Hartman of Oh Fransson!, however this quilt is no longer on her blog.

Please take a moment to see what others are doing for the 2016 Rainbow Scrap Challenge you might even want to join in on the fun.
